As of October 24, 2024, 52% of state licensed mortgage loan originators have not updated their NMLS account. Updating their account today will save MLOs time during the renewal period.

In October 2021, the Colorado Department of Local Affairs established the Emergency Mortgage Assistance Program. ÀÖ¾ºÌåÓýÈ«Õ¾ Program uses federal Homeowner Assistance Funds to help eligible Colorado homeowners keep their homes.
