Mortgage Assistance for Coloradans (Notice from the Department of Local Affairs)
In October 2021, the Colorado Department of Local Affairs established the Emergency Mortgage Assistance Program. 乐竞体育全站 Program uses federal Homeowner Assistance Funds to help eligible Colorado homeowners keep their homes.
How the Passing of HB23-1105 Affects HOAs in Colorado
On May 24, 2023, Governor Polis signed HB23-1105 into law. This bill creates two task forces aimed to investigate and present written reports on issues affecting those that work or live in HOAs in Colorado.
