HOA Center Advisory: Important Announcement About Senate Bill 24-021

As an HOA-interested party, you should be aware of an important bill that became law on August 7, 2024. Senate Bill 24-021 (鈥淪B24-021鈥�) requires the HOA Information and Resource Center to identify likely affected communities and send a notification to each relating to the requirements of the bill no later than November 1, 2024.
