ÀÖ¾ºÌåÓýÈ«Õ¾ HOA Homeowners' Rights Task Force will hold a public meeting via Webinar on Friday, February 23, 2024 from 1:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M. (MT).

At the February 26, 2024 meeting, the Metropolitan District Homeowners� Rights Task Force will hear public testimony from interested parties.

ÀÖ¾ºÌåÓýÈ«Õ¾ Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (“CCIOAâ€�) requires that all associations located in Colorado register with the Division of Real Estate and renew on a yearly basis.
